Job Description

As a Restaurant Captain, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences within our dining establishment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Supervise Staff:** Oversee the restaurant team, providing guidance and support to ensure high service standards are maintained at all times.

- **Manage Customer Service:** Greet and seat guests, taking their orders accurately and promptly addressing any concerns to enhance their dining experience.

- **Co-ordinate with Kitchen:** Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery, helping to create a seamless flow between front and back of house.

- **Maintain Cleanliness:** Ensure that dining areas, tables, and utensils are clean and well-presented, adhering to hygiene standards and creating a welcoming environment for guests.

- **Handle Payments:** Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for patrons.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**
