Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Ward RMO to provide continuous medical supervision and care for inpatients. The candidate will assist consultants, monitor patient progress, and ensure smooth coordination between departments to maintain quality care standards.

Conduct regular ward rounds and monitor patients’ conditions.

Assist consultants in diagnosis, treatment, and medical procedures.

Maintain detailed patient case sheets and clinical notes.

Handle medical emergencies and initiate first-line treatment when required.

Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in patient records.

Coordinate with nursing and paramedical staff for patient care.

Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control, and safety guidelines.
