* Auto-Cad Software & MS Office

* Excellent Communication Skills-Speaking and Writing.

* Excellent in handling team and problem solve

* Assist the Project Manager in Project & Construction Management

* Inspection , supervision and approval of construction activities at site

* Maintain drawings and correspondence

* Certification of measurements and bills of the works executed by contractor

* Attend meetings& presentations

* Preparation of site reports

* Prepare and submit all the required documents for extra items for clients approval

* Implement HSE guidelines at site

* Any other task related to site or design

* Check contractor bills
