The Reservation Executive handles requests from guests, companies and travel agents via phone or other platforms. He/She makes sure booking information is input correctly into the system. He/She needs to maintain and update room vacancies on online booking platforms.

He/She should be versed with all packages and the up selling of products/services. He/She has to follow all policies and procedures. He/She also has to comply with quality assurance and standards.

He/She deals with guests adeptly and maintains confidentiality of guest information and property data.
