### **🔍 Candidate Requirements:**

* Strong background in **Analytical Chemistry** and **R&D** functions

* Prior experience in **Pharmaceutical** and/or **Agrochemical** sectors is mandatory

* Hands-on experience with **analytical instruments** (., HPLC, GC, UV, IR, etc.)

* Sound knowledge of **method development**, **validation**, and **stability studies**

* Good understanding of **regulatory guidelines** and **GLP/GMP** practices

* Excellent **documentation skills** and ability to prepare technical reports
