### 🔍 Candidate Requirements:

* Strong background in Analytical Chemistry and R&D functions

* Prior experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Agrochemical sectors is mandatory

* Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (., HPLC, GC, UV, IR, etc.)

* Sound knowledge of method development, validation, and stability studies

* Good understanding of regulatory guidelines and GLP/GMP practices

* Excellent documentation skills and ability to prepare technical reports
