R&D Executive is responsible to handle all the activities related to R&D department

He has to develop concepts, products and solutions by co-coordinating with the department head.

He has to understand the requirement of the customers before developing any product.

He has to support the HR department for hiring the R&D staff.

He has to establish the goals for each and every project assigned to him.

He has to transfer new technologies, products and manufacturing process into results or output so that organization can achieve its goal.

He has to research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipments.

He is also responsible for documenting all phases of the Research & Development.
