Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Researcher who can independently collect, verify, and regularly update information from official government sources. The role involves data research, content editing, proofreading, and analytical work, with a strong preference for candidates having experience in the election domain.

Key Responsibilities

-Collect, verify, and update data from authentic government and statutory sources (Ministries, Commissions, Departments, official portals, gazettes, reports, etc.).

-Conduct independent research on socio-economic, political, and election-related topics.

-Compile, structure, and maintain datasets, reports, and documentation with high accuracy.

-Edit and proofread research content, tables, and analytical notes.

-Cross-check facts, timelines, and references to ensure data reliability.

-Track policy updates, notifications, circulars, and election-related developments.

-Coordinate with internal teams to support research publications and data platforms.
