Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote life/general insurance products.
Educate clients on various insurance policies (term, ULIP, health, motor, etc.) and suggest the best-suited plans.
Meet assigned sales targets through direct or channel-based sales (., banca/agency/direct).
Generate leads and convert them into business.
Ensure timely follow-up on all prospects and policy renewals.
Coordinate with banks or channel partners for client servicing and business development.
Maintain proper documentation and compliance as per IRDAI norms.
