Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand client goals and financial needs (for banking/insurance roles).
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Business Development:
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Acquire new clients through referrals, leads, or walk-ins.
Meet assigned sales and service targets.
Product/Service Advisory:
Recommend suitable products and solutions based on client profiles.
Provide timely updates and information about new services or policy changes.
Assist in onboarding, documentation, and post-sales service.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for service improvement.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure all client interactions comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate client records and interaction history in CRM systems.
Prepare regular reports on client status and performance metrics.
