Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, or bank staff (as per channel).
Understand customer insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.
Promote Life, Health, or General insurance products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups for renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, service, and claim support.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company norms.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS and performance reports.
