* Source MSME/small business loan leads through fieldwork

* Meet customers, explain loan products, and collect documents

* Conduct field verification of business and residence

* Submit files for processing and follow up till disbursal

* Cross-sell bank products like accounts and insurance

* Ensure compliance with bank policies and credit norms
