Supervisory Responsibilities:-
- Developing and maintaining relationships with commercial clients
- The role involves building relationships with commercial customers, understanding their specific needs, and providing solutions that meet those needs
- Identify and target potential commercial customers in the designated market
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business requirements and providing appropriate automotive solutions.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive products and services, especially those relevant to the commercial sector.
- Set and achieve sales targets and goals within the commercial sales department.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Valid driver's license or should know how to drive.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
