Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Relationship Officers or Executives to achieve sales and service targets.
Develop and implement strategies to build strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, training, and motivation to enhance productivity.
Identify new business opportunities and drive cross-selling and upselling of insurance or financial products.
Coordinate with underwriting, claims, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
Resolve escalated client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on team performance, client feedback, and market trends for senior management.
Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
