Role: Be the first point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Handle walk-in and phone enquiries

- Complete KYC and account opening

- Explain investment, insurance and loan products simply

- Follow up and resolve service requests

- Cross-sell and meet activation targets

- Update CRM

Requirements: Any graduate, 0-2 years in BFSI or customer service; Excellent Telugu, good English; Customer-first attitude; NISM V-A a plus (we support certification); Basic MS Office.
