Regional Sales Manager - Surgical

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Must undertake field sales/activities on regular basis.

Generation and conversion of sales leads to increase sales revenue.

Preference shall be given to candidates from Pharmaceutical, Over the Counter (OTC), FMCG, Surgical & Medical devices industries.

Target based role where candidates should meet sales target on a consistent basis and define strategies to achieve these targets as per set deadlines.

Should be proficient in MS Excel and Word.

Candidate shall be willing to travel extensively.

This is an individual contributor role.

Maintaining of sales database and daily sales reports.

Support marketing activities of the company including trade.

Should develop and maintain client relations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate should be pro-active and a hustler.

Willingness to learn and deliver.

Should be proficient in Hindi & English.

Should be highly motivated, competitive, and confident.

Should have a valid driving license.
