· primary job responsibility is to drive sales of product pos into the city, assist and guide the sales team for on-field exercise and achieve the target for market presence.
· generate ideas to increase the sales by covering most of the allotted area/region.
· document the feedback of the potential clients in a pre-defined format and assure timely follow-ups based on the remarks.
· create brand awareness of imprezz and pos and increase the reach into the market.
· monitor the performance of the sales team and map different regions of the city to cover the maximum number of potential clients in minimum amount of time.
· establish a performance benchmark for the sales team and motivate them for maximum conversion.
· regular interaction and reporting to the avp sales.
· good leadership skills to be able to manage a team of 10 or more sales personnel.
· should be approachable and well-spoken.
· should possess good data management skills and should be well-versed with ms-excel.
· must have a convincing personality with good oral and written communication skills in english and other regional languages.
· resident of the city of operation.
