Setting up & driving the local team to reach targets and goals set for the region.
6. Drive PR by creating city specific PR relationships and represent the brand at local events .
7. Developing connect with distributors to understand their needs and supporting them Initiate creative local marketing strategies and executing them to generate incremental sales.
8. Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
9. Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
10. Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements

12. Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
13. Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
14. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Experience:6-10Years in Electronic product Channel Sales as Manager.
Qualification: Any Degree/MBA in Marketing/ in ECE ,EEE etc
Willing to Travel ;Region:South India
Good Communication & Familiar with South Indian Languages.
