responsible for developing and implementing sales structural strategies by interacting with potential customers and responding to their inquiries & requests.
1. identifying key markets. aligning the business propositions to customer requirements and signing long term agreement for supply of industrial gases to customer in the region. conduct market research, develop and disseminates periodical analytical reports on helium & specialty gas market trends and changing market conditions, requirements and needs and competitor activities.
2. ensuring delivery of complete sales cycle up to collection of receivables from the customers.
3. engaging with each of the customers in the region for relationship management and close out of any pain points/open issues with the
customers in the region.
4. maintain continuous engagement with customer based on the sales pyramid and having a mix of in person meeting, vc. keep the business
appraised of key concerns or failures to deliver the promises made to customers ahead of time so as to ensure that customers issues are
resolved in time. review with sales team in the region, achieving marketing & sales target as per company’s business plan.
5. contribute to the growth engine of the company for expediating sales, for increasing the market size and to ensure a higher market share in the region. prepare right stakeholder management approach, engage with the relevant department/decision makers including industry bodies and opinion makers on continuous basis to have an inclusive development of the business in the region.
6. proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with organizational goals & annual sales targets.
should be able to analyze the region’s market trends and discover new opportunities for growth in helium industry both in terms of geographical and new segments.
