• maintain relationship with master sub broker/ sub brokers / ifa.
• provide end to end solutions to sub broker keeping in view, the ultimate objective of generating revenue for the organization
• retention of the sub broker / team members
• regular visits to sub broker / orientation to team members
• organizing marketing campaigns for driving tax free bonds/ infrastructure bonds / equity ipo’s / structured products / pms / fd business / mutual funds through team handling direct clients and sub brokers
• formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote product and services
• candidates with an in depth understanding of capital market products would receive preference.
• strict adherence to compliance with the organizations policies in all interactions.
• help sub broker in growth & expansion
• understanding revenue generation & effective utilization of available resources to meet revenue targets from the available product mix
• mis reporting as required by the management at regular intervals
• recruit and train manpower on business and products
• ensure to organize regular business associate meets, to train and update them on various products, thereby activate them to promote our product to improve the sales
• ensure that zone achieves the product wise targets, both in terms of volume and revenue, as per the business plan
• maintain profitability – meet revenue and p&l targets up to pbt levels
