Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting hiring targets within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.

Perform advanced candidate sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn.

Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Ensure timely closures while adhering to defined Turnaround Time (TAT).

Maintain a high closure ratio with a strong focus on quality hiring.

Collaborate effectively with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Required Candidate Profile

Graduate / BBA / MBA in any discipline.

1-5 years of experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.

Strong sourcing and screening skills.

Target-driven with a proven high closure ratio.

Quality-focused approach to hiring.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
