Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Recruiter with experience in blue collar hiring to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with operations/HR teams.
· Coordinate and manage high-volume hiring drives in campus or walk-in interviews.
· Build and manage a reliable database of candidates through on-field mobilization and registration of candidates through campus connect program.
· Ensure timely onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.
· Maintain hiring trackers, dashboards, and weekly recruitment reports.
· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
· Collaborate with internal departments to forecast hiring needs.
· Proven experience in blue collar/field hiring (minimum 2 year preferred)
· Familiarity with local job market and recruitment channels.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring goal.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
· Fluency in Hindi/English language.
· Willingness to travel for recruitment drives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for technical or skilled workforce hiring.
· Strong networking skills and ability to build industry relationships.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Understanding of technical job requirements and workforce trends.
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings efficiently.
