Nibhas IT Solutions is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to manage and lead end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring across IT, software, and leadership roles while strengthening employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Handle IT, software, and leadership-level hiring requirements
Plan and execute campus hiring programs
Build and promote employer branding initiatives
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Ensure timely closures with quality candidates
Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics
Requirements:
58 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
MBA / Masters degree in Human Resources
Strong knowledge of IT and software recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently
Leadership and team management capabilities
