We are currently expanding our candidate sourcing operations in India and looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer / Recruitment Lead Generation Specialist who can consistently generate qualified developer leads.
Responsibilities:
- Post job vacancies on Indian job platforms (Apna, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Source potential candidates through job portals, communities and social networks
- Collect and screen resumes of relevant IT specialists (Java, QA, Frontend, etc.)
- Provide a list of qualified candidate leads
- Maintain organized candidate databases
- Communicate with potential candidates and collect basic information
- Deliver a consistent flow of warm leads
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing or HR lead generation
- Access to Indian job platforms or candidate databases is a strong advantage
- Experience sourcing IT specialists is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to identify relevant candidates quickly
- Self-organized and results-driven
