HR Recruiter

We are looking for the job profile of a Recruiter.

Job Description:

• Involved in full cycle Recruitment, includes sourcing, interviewing, screening, reference checking, salary negotiations.

• Understanding the client requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with high organizational skills.

• Experience in Bulk Recruiting.

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms

The candidate shall have a prior experience of at least 3- 4 years in the said profile

CTC: 25k- 30k
