Recovery Agent (1-7 Years)

We are seeking a motivated Recovery Agent to join our team in Rajouri Garden, Delhi. This full-time role is suitable for candidates with 1 to 7 years of experience.

As a Recovery Agent, your key responsibilities will include establishing contact with clients to recover overdue payments, negotiating payment terms, and providing excellent customer service during the recovery process. You will be expected to coordinate with team leaders to ensure efficient recovery strategies and report on progress regularly.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a good understanding of customer relations. A proactive approach is essential to effectively handle various client situations. You should be organized and capable of managing your workload to meet deadlines.

Candidates are required to have a valid driving license for potential fieldwork and must bring their own vehicle. Familiarity with basic documentation and reporting procedures is expected. Additionally, you will need to have access to a mobile device and, preferably, a laptop to assist in your daily tasks. The work environment will be office-based, with potential requirements for travel to meet clients as needed.
