Receptionist

Shree ram builders is looking for one of the female dedicated Receptionist to handle client-facing duties as well as general calling tasks. When our clients walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Responsibility

Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate person

Answer the phone in a timely manner as well as in polite manner and direct information to the correct person

Manage both digital and hard copies of the data

Perform calls on the daily basis to visited customers
