Role & responsibilities-a

- Orienting and connecting people.

- Receive and answer all incoming calls/mails

- Maintain the helpdesk work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition following all prescribed regulations

- Maintain professional appearance at all times

- Greeting all walk-ins, visitors and maintaining their records.

Shifts: 9am to 6pm/12pm to 9pm (Rotational shifts)

6 days working with one rotational off between Monday to Friday, weekends would be working

Location: Pune, Kalyani Nagar and worli mumbai .
