1. Reception and Front Office Management 🤝
Visitor Management: Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor. Manage visitor sign-in/out protocols and issue temporary access badges.
Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and direct all incoming phone calls and professional correspondence (emails/messages) promptly and courteously.
Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between internal staff, external clients, and vendors.
Office Presentation: Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional reception area that reflects the company's image. Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
