responsibilities
greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents in a friendly and professional manner.
answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
manage the school’s front desk operations, including handling inquiries and providing information.
maintain student attendance records and assist with administrative tasks.
coordinate appointments and meetings for school staff.
ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
assist in maintaining school records and files as required.
skills and qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
proficient in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint) and basic computer skills.
excellent verbal and written communication skills in english and local languages.
strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
ability to work independently and as part of a team.
familiarity with school management software is a plus.
high school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in office administration is an advantage.
