About the Role

Doon Biosphere LLP is looking for energetic, ambitious and target-oriented Real Estate Sales & Marketing Associates to join our growing sales team.

This is a high-earning, commission-only opportunity designed for individuals who are confident in sales, enjoy meeting customers and want to build an uncapped income through real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and handle prospective property buyers.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.

Present project features, location advantages, pricing and investment potential.

Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally.

Develop new leads through personal networking, references and local market outreach. Leads will be provided.

Maintain regular follow-ups until closure. Assistance will be provided to close the deal.

Maintain professional relationships with clients and generate referral business.

What We Are Looking For

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Strong sales and negotiation ability.

Positive attitude and hunger to earn.

Self-motivated and comfortable working on targets.

Good knowledge of Dehradun and surrounding areas is an advantage.

Real estate, insurance, automobile, banking, finance or other field-sales experience will be preferred.

Ability to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

Own vehicle is mandatory.

Smartphone and basic knowledge of WhatsApp/social media required.

NO FIXED SALARY.
