As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will work from our office in Jaipur and engage with customers to meet their real estate needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Interaction:** Build and maintain relationships with clients, listening to their needs and providing suitable property options.
- **Property Listings:** Assist in creating and managing property listings, ensuring they are up-to-date with accurate information and appealing images.
- **Market Research:** Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, pricing, and competition, helping clients make informed decisions.
- **Property Tours:** Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing homes and commercial spaces to potential buyers or tenants.
- **Negotiation:** Negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers, ensuring both parties are satisfied with the agreement.
- **Documentation:** Handle all necessary paperwork related to sales transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates should have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. A strong ability to build rapport and trust is essential.
