key responsibilities:

🎯 required skills & experience:
2��5 years of experience in real estate sales (apartments, villas, or plotted developments)
excellent communication and client handling skills
strong knowledge of bangalore real estate market preferred
should own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel locally for site visits
goal-driven and confident in closing deals independently
