Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field visits, online platforms, and referrals

Conduct client meetings and site visits to showcase properties

Explain project details, pricing, and legal documentation clearly to clients

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business

Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure

Must have own bike for daily field travel

Good communication and negotiation skills required
