Sales Manager/ Executive – Real Estate
Project: Residential Development (1, 2 & 3 BHK)
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, expanding
the channel partner network, and ensuring maximum inventory movement for the company’s residential
projects.
Sales & Revenue
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Drive bookings and revenue for project inventory
• Ensure maximum conversion from site visits to bookings
Team Management
• Lead, train, and monitor performance of the sales team
• Conduct daily sales review meetings and strategy planning
• Ensure proper follow-ups with prospects and pipeline management
Channel Partner Network
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers
• Expand the channel partner network for consistent leads
• Organize CP meets and engagement activities
Client Handling
• Handle HNI clients and key negotiations
• Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to booking
• Assist clients in documentation and booking formalities
Sales Operations
• Track daily site visits, inquiries, and booking conversions
• Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports
• Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and lead generation
Qualifications
• Graduate / MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred

• Strong channel partner network in Ahmedabad market
• Excellent communication and client handling skills
