Lead Generation II Site Visits
• Evaluate a client’s needs to help them buy/rent/sell properties and achieve sales targets
• Cold call, email, message customers to generate leads and arrange site visits
• Negotiate and close deals at best market value and assist clients in completing their purchase, including documentation
• Regularly conduct market research to identify new projects, properties and builders
