Ramp Agent (Freshers) Shillong

We are looking for a dedicated Ramp Executive to join our team in Shillong. This full-time position is open to freshers who have completed at least their 10th grade. The Ramp Executive will play a vital role in ensuring smooth airport operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Baggage Handling**: Safely load and unload baggage from aircraft, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. You will work closely with ground crew and follow safety protocols.

2. **Aircraft Preparation**: Assist in preparing the aircraft for takeoff by ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are on board. This will include checking flight documents and passenger items.

3. **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their baggage and addressing any concerns they may have. Your friendly demeanor will help enhance their travel experience.

4. **Maintenance of Equipment**: Regularly check and maintain ground support equipment to ensure it is in good working condition. You will report any malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed on time. Strong communication skills will be crucial for coordinating operations.
