Ramp Agent (Freshers) Gaya

We are looking for a motivated Ramp Executive to join our team in Gaya, India. This role is ideal for freshers who have completed their 10th grade and are eager to start their career.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Baggage Handling:** Safely load and unload luggage from aircraft, ensuring all items are handled with care to prevent damage.

2. **Ground Support Duties:** Assist in preparing aircraft for departure, which includes pushing back aircraft and ensuring all ground equipment is in proper working order.

3. **Safety Checks:** Perform routine inspections of the ramp area to identify any safety hazards and report them to supervisors promptly.

4. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with ground staff, other ramp executives, and flight crew to ensure smooth flight operations.

5. **Customer Service:** Greet passengers as they arrive or depart and assist them with their luggage when necessary.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have a strong commitment to teamwork and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure that all safety protocols are followed. The Ramp Executive should be physically fit to handle the demands of the job, which includes lifting heavy luggage and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
