As a Ramp Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of aircraft services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Marshalling Aircraft**: Guide incoming and outgoing aircraft safely to their designated parking spots using hand signals and light signals, ensuring efficient movement on the ramp.

- **Loading and Unloading Cargo**: Safely and efficiently load and unload luggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft, making sure that items are handled with care to avoid damage.

- **Aircraft Cleaning**: Clean the interior and exterior of the aircraft between flights to maintain a high standard of hygiene and presentation for passengers.

- **Refueling Aircraft**: Assist in the safe and efficient refueling of aircraft as required, following strict safety protocols to prevent any incidents.

- **Safety Checks**: Conduct safety checks on the ground equipment and the ramp area to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your team.
