job purpose :

to plan and carry out research and development activities in sono-chemistry division.

key responsibilities :

process optimization, verification, scale up and technology transfer of new products at sites.

trouble shooting, plant stabilization and productivity enhancement for manufacturing of existing / contract products.

process safety management plan, schedule, organize and execute new product technology development, scale up and technology transfer with r&d / pilot plant / manufacturing team members process design, optimization, control, verification and process validation process engineering (kinetics, process design, material & energy balances; process equipment design; facility, utility and infrastructure design, process economics, process flow diagrams, piping & instrumentation diagrams, specify process and other equipment, process control and automation, etc.

process safety testing and review at each stage of development

requirements :

min. bachelor degree from reputable university and preferably major in chemical engineering

having min. 4 to 10 year’s experience processing and research and development of a product

able to work independently
