we are looking for an experienced and motivated manager for our research & development (r&d) team. the ideal candidate will oversee the timely completion of projects with a focus on quality, mentor a dynamic team, and coordinate effectively across departments. this role demands strong technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking in the field of industrial research.
key responsibilities:
project management:
ensure the timely and high-quality completion of r&d projects.
plan, execute, and monitor project milestones to meet deadlines.
team leadership:
mentor and manage the r&d team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
provide guidance and support to team members to achieve their individual and collective goals.
interdepartmental coordination:
facilitate seamless coordination between different departments to ensure project alignment and smooth operations.
act as a bridge between r&d and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
documentation and data analysis:
maintain accurate records of r&d activities, including data analysis and project documentation.
prepare detailed reports for internal reviews and presentations to senior management.
quality, environment, health, and safety (qehs):
implement and oversee qehs systems, including hazard identification and risk assessment (hira) and aspect impact analysis (aia).
ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations within the r&d lab.
innovation and intellectual property:
lead the process of research publications and patent filings to secure intellectual property.
stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new findings into ongoing research.
qualifications:

minimum 5 years of experience if and minimum 10 years of experience in case of an industrial research laboratory.
