Assistant Manager/ Manager Quality

Manage (.) to oversee the activity in Quality Control department with implementing, and

maintaining a system of quality, system of Quality Management Systems and various Process and Products,

Materials and Components inspection / testing / validations and control for the organisation's products,

processes and / or development processes. the requirements for the Product, Customer’s requirements, Legal Requirements for Products

and ensure to maintain and control desired Quality in all these aspects.

To strictly adhere all best practices related to Quality Control as well as manufacturing processes and all

other related activities to sustain and continual improvise Product Quality as per norms and to enhance

Customer Delight. Responsible for Quality Control activities such as Jigs ,Fixtures, Templates Validation and

Audits as defined in QMS System.

Responsible for Process Validation maintaining and controlling the desired Process•

Parameters and Norms. Perform Process Audit of Special Processes (Welding / Painting /

Shot Blasting Zink Plating) and Critical Processes as per Audit Plan / Schedules.

Take necessary CAPA on abnormalities observed during Process d Knowledge of 8 D, CAPA, APQP, PPAP, etcï‚®

Should be well conversant with Quality Management System and shall have hands on experience of QMS.ï‚®

Shall have thorough knowledge of Welding, Painting, Assembly and Press Shop operations.

Excellent communication skills and man management skills are essential.
