Opening For Quality Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Manager to join our team in Vapi. This role is essential for ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 9 to 15 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Quality Standards: Establish and maintain quality standards for our products to ensure they meet industry regulations and customer expectations.

- Quality Audits: Conduct regular quality audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

- Team Leadership: Lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing direction, training, and support to ensure effective quality management practices.

- Data Analysis: Analyze quality data and metrics to track performance and identify trends, utilizing this information to drive improvements.

- Issue Resolution: Oversee the investigation of quality issues, working with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and prevent reoccurrence.

- Supplier Quality Assurance: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality materials and components are used in production, assessing their capabilities and compliance.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.

- Proven experience in leading quality improvement initiatives and driving cultural change towards quality.
