*responsibility:*

• establish, implement and maintain quality management system.

• promote quality policy and quality objectives throughout the organization to increase awareness, motivation and involvement

• ensure focus on customer requirements throughout the organization.

• ensure that appropriate, efficient & effective processes are implemented to achieve customer requirements & quality objectives

• conduct management review meeting.

• prepare and execute spc plan

• ensure spc implementation on shop floor & training to operators on spc implementation

• responsible for monitoring cp cpk trend for product safety parameter

• plan and execute layout inspection

• ensuring the promotion of awareness on customer requirements throughout the organization

• reporting performance of quality to top management.

• identification, review, correction of non-conforming products

• analyze and monitor trends in quality related data

• document control as per documented procedures.

• proper waste management on shop floor.

• ensure quality of product as per control plan, work instruction

• ensure poison test as per defined frequency

• responsible for handling customer complaints & 8d submission to customer

• ensure customer end performance
