€¢ Batch wise Inspection of Daily Production Parts.€¢ Performing First Piece Approval & Last Piece Approval Process.€¢ Performing Various Inspection Methods for Quality Check.€¢ Analysis of Non-Conforming Parts & its Corrective Action.€¢ Easily use Problem Solving Tools like CAPA Reports, Why-Why Analysis Etc.€¢ Perform Calibration Activities with outside Organization.€¢ Prepare Annual Plan for Layout and Product Audit.€¢ Prepare Pre Dispatch Inspection Report as well as Test Material Certificate on Daily Basis.€¢ Update Document as per IATF Guideline.€¢ Carry Out Process Audit as Per Plan.€¢ Monitoring Rejection Data and Report to QC Manager.€¢ Can Handle Customer Complaint and its Necessary Actions
