Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams
Establish, implement, and monitor quality standards, systems, and procedures
Ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory requirements
Conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits and inspections
Ensure quality in raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement
Manage customer complaints and implement quality improvement initiatives
Train staff on quality concepts, tools, and systems
Prepare and present quality reports to top management
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems and standards (., ISO 9001 )
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Proficient in quality tools like 7 QC tools.
Effective communication and report-writing skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and drive process improvement
Attention to detail and commitment to product excellence
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical/Production )
