conduct detailed product testing across features, flows, and live sessions

identify, reproduce, and document issues with accuracy and clarity

work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure fast resolution

monitor platform performance and ensure seamless usability

maintain structured bug logs, test reports, and performance insights

contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes and product stability
