Quality Engineer

Planning of daily inspection activities as per In-charge guidelines

First piece inspection of the jobs being done at machining areas.

Inspection of all in-process jobs like fabrication, machine jobs and giving clearance for next stage.

Recording the inspection results on the in-process report and file them accordingly.

Assisting fellow seniors in all related works

Raising JDR’s for the deviated jobs and issue to concern In-charges

Confirm the job status and tag them accordingly and inform Production In-charge to move for the stores.

Submitting of completed work report to QC In-charge daily before signing of.

Giving feed back on every inspecting activities and problems to Quality In-charge.

Maintaining all in-process inspection reports for all the inspected items.

Adhering to ISO activities.

Participation & involvement in departmental objectives.

Adopting 5’s practices in respective work area.

Any other responsibilities as assigned by MD / Director.
