Statutory Compliance:Ensure timely and accurate compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labor Laws, etc.).Prepare and file statutory returns, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax, etc.Liaise with statutory authorities, auditors, and government bodies to ensure compliance.Maintain records and documentation related to compliance matters.Stay updated on changes to labor laws and ensure that the organization complies with all regulations.4.
