Job Description

Prepare and maintain QA/QC Plan, NDT Plan, Seam-wise checklist, and TPI checklists.

Conduct stage-wise inspection including inward inspection, material identification, marking, cutting, fit-up, welding, hydro test, vacuum test, etc.

Ensure compliance with ASME, CE, ATEX standards and coordinate with third-party inspectors and customer representatives.

Lead root cause analysis for non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Manage and coordinate external audits for U Stamp, CE, and ATEX certifications.

Maintain all documentation including QAP, Manufacturing Data Book (MDB), and final QC records.

Drive continuous improvement of the QMS and ensure team compliance with SOPs and quality protocols.

Ensure safety on the shop floor through routine quality and safety checks.
