Quality Engineer Fresher

As a Quality Engineer in our Chennai office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of our products and services. Your main responsibilities will include:

- **Quality Assurance**: Develop and implement testing plans to ensure products meet required quality standards. You will create processes to identify defects early in development.

- **Testing Products**: Conduct manual and automated tests on various software applications. Your aim will be to validate functionality, performance, and reliability under different conditions.

- **Documentation**: Record testing activities and results clearly to keep track of progress and issues. You will prepare detailed reports that will help the development team understand quality issues.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. You will provide feedback throughout the project lifecycle to ensure quality is maintained.

- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement in processes and product quality. You will actively suggest and implement enhancements to increase efficiency.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have a background in engineering, commerce, or science, evidenced by a degree in , , , , or .
